Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in your container garden design service?
Our service includes a design consultation, plant selection, planting, and installation of the container gardens. We ensure that the plants are chosen to thrive in your specific environment and meet your aesthetic preferences.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Summerville and surrounding Charleston area. If you are outside this region, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to accommodate you.
Do you create container designs for both homes and businesses?
Yes! We work with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to create stunning designs for homes, offices, storefronts, and more.
Do you offer one-time installations, or only a seasonal subscription?
We offer both! You can choose a one-time installation for a special event, or subscribe to our Seasonal Refresh Program to keep your planters refreshed throughout the year.
How frequently do you replace plants as part of your Seasonal Refresh Program?
We typically recommend refreshing your containers seasonally—spring, summer, fall, and winter. This keeps your primary planters vibrant and ensures the plants are suited to the weather. However, you have the option to choose a minimum of two seasons.
Will you work with the containers I already have?
Absolutely! We are happy to consider containers you already own to create a custom planter arrangement. If you do not own your own container, you can still purchase your own pot elsewhere or have us source a container for you that suits the scale and aesthetics of your space.
How much does this service cost?
Our pricing reflects the cost of materials and hourly labor. Speciality plant items and design complexity may increase material and labor cost. We are happy to provide a customized quote after your consultation.
Do you offer planter maintenance?
We sure do! While every container garden design will come with plant care instructions, we highly recommend some level of maintenance for your plants, especially during our long, hot summer months. Our maintenance plan covers pruning, fertilizing, pest monitoring and treatment, and deep watering. Maintenance plans do not include daily watering.
